The Japan Youth Investment Competition empowers students to learn real-world investing through a 12-week nationwide challenge. Top teams will advance to the Final Online Event to present their strategies to judges.

About
Competition Overview
The Japan Youth Investment Competition is an educational initiative dedicated to improving financial literacy and real-world investing skills among middle and high school students. Through a structured 12-week program, participants learn by analyzing markets, researching companies, and managing simulated portfolios while joining interactive financial workshops designed to strengthen their understanding of investment principles and economic decision-making.
Our mission is to make finance accessible, practical, and meaningful for students from all backgrounds. By combining hands-on experience with expert-led sessions, the competition helps students build confidence, develop analytical thinking, and gain a realistic introduction to the world of finance.
Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals and scholars, including former analysts from Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, a former Nomura Securities specialist, as well as professors from Keio University and Pennsylvania State University.
At the end of the competition, the top five teams will advance to the online final round to present their strategies to a panel of judges and receive recognition for their achievements.

- Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in Middle or High School
Multiple teams may be registered from a single school - Region: All countries and nationalities welcomed
- Team Size: 3-5 students per team
- Entry Fee: Free
- How to Participate:
- Complete the online application form.
- After approval, your team will receive instructions and begin the 3-month investment challenge.
- The Top 5 teams will be presenting to judges.
